Frankincense is said to enhance sleep, brighten and tone the skin, and helps with meditation and stress.
Use diluted if applying directly to the skin. Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of olive oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm. Apply to the desired area as needed. Place a few drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry.
Essential Oil may also be used in a home diffuser or use it as aromatherapy with diffuser bracelets/necklaces.
