Steep a single tea bag for 5-7 minutes, or longer for stronger tea

Chaga mushroom is a nutrient-dense super fungus. It contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Regular consumption of chaga has been known to slow the aging process, lower cholesterol, may prevent and fight cancer, lower blood pressure, support the immune system, fight inflammation, and lower blood sugar. 

There is no mushroom flavor to the teas. Many say it tastes like a mild cup of coffee. Some people reuse the tea bag for a second extraction. Although through tests we have done, about 70-80% of the grounds are extracted in the first steep.
